1) Routine Checkup - Question Guide: Does your house lack harmony or is your business running badly? - Is there too much bickering, you wake up tired or is getting sickly, or can’t control spend? Or Have you just moved in and want to make sure everything will go well? (Note: Includes Cemetery Lot.) - if `yes’ to any, we’ll check if your `wealth’ and similar favorable door(s) are open, then if the room arrangement of your house or office is correct or needs repositioning, as does your bed, stove, toilet and the like at home, or if your work table, cash register are properly oriented as also the desk positions of the key personnel in your office. > Click Next

Note: Routine Checkup - refers to feng shui analysis to be done in one’s presently occupied house, condo unit, office unit, factory or warehouse, and includes extensions or partial renovations to be done within the premises.

2) Property Selection – Question Guide: So - Are you looking for a lot? (Note: includes Cemetery Lot), House and lot? A house? A condo unit? A whole building floor? A building itself? A factory? Or a warehouse - to buy or move into? - if `yes’, then we can help you select the best from those you have in mind, after checking out the orientation of the available lots, and if a house, etc, if it is properly located in the given lot and if existing door positions, room arrangement are highly favorable to you, and then recommend which is best for your purpose. > Click Next

Note: Property Selection - applies to purchase or lease of a lot alone and that with existing structures in the case of house, house and lot, condo unit, whole building floor, building, factory, or warehouse.

3) Design & Build-Up - Question Guide: So you are building a house? a condominium, factory complex or warehouse? Or renovating your office entirely? Or putting up a shop? (Note: includes Mausoleum.) – if `yes’, then we can help you design the entire floor layout of the house, etc., for you, such as where to position doors, where to assign rooms, how to strategically arrange the furniture and household appliances in each area, including the location of garage, garden and ponds. Or in the case of factory or warehouse – where to position the offices, where to install the machines inside the factory, where to locate goods inside the warehouse? > Click Next

4) Others – (a) Ground breaking ceremonies and House/Tomb Blessing – involves incense and the Chinese paper money burning and the like and mantra chanting and, (b) Architectural and Construction Services - if desired as may be agreed upon.
